Raises.com is a flat-fee capital execution firm founded by Natu Myers in 2019. It builds the fund or SPV structure, the offering documents, the financial model and the data room for an acquisition, then introduces the debt and equity that closes it. It charges no success fee, no placement fee and no carried interest.
It exists for one kind of client: someone buying a business or real estate who needs to raise or structure the capital for it. Independent sponsors, acquisition entrepreneurs, real estate syndicators, search funds, roll-ups and fund managers acquiring hard assets. It does not serve startup founders raising venture capital for their own product.
